BALDWIN RUSH ACADEMY PROGRAM
AGES U8 – U12
Baldwin Rush Academy is designed for boys and girls ages U8–U12 who are ready to take the next step in their soccer journey. Built for players who have outgrown recreational soccer and are hungry for more, our Academy bridges the gap between casual play and competitive development, all while keeping the game fun and exciting.
At Baldwin Rush, we develop the whole player. Our program is centered on building technical ability, sharpening decision-making, and fostering the kind of confidence that shows up both on and off the field. We follow the U.S. Soccer player development model, which means we measure success by growth, not just results. We believe that when players are developed the right way, winning takes care of itself.
Academy players train twice per week under the guidance of licensed Baldwin Rush coaches who are passionate about developing young talent in a positive, competitive, and encouraging environment. Every session is intentional, progressive, and designed with each age group in mind.
At Baldwin Rush, we're not just developing soccer players. We're developing a love for the game that lasts.
