ABOUT BALDWIN RUSH:

1. BALDWIN RUSH DEVELOPMENT & OPPORTUNITIES: 

Baldwin Rush has a history of player development and applies an age-appropriate training program that develops creative, technical, and intelligent soccer players. Baldwin Rush is also directly partnered with the ECNL-RL via Coastal Rush. Top players are invited to play with these teams against the best competition. 

2. COACHING STAFF:

Our coaching staff is licensed under USSF and follow weekly on-field lesson plans that will challenge your players to reach their full potential. The clubs coaching curriculum from Rush Soccer is focused on building players that can possess the ball on the ground, along with building creative players that can think for themselves. All coaches are compensated for their time.

3. COMPETITION FOR ACADEMY AND SELECT TEAMS: 

All our teams compete in appropriate competitive environments to ensure they are being challenged and progressing.

7v7 & 9v9 Academy Teams – Plays mostly local games vs clubs in Fairhope, Foley, Pensacola, and surrounding areas. They play in a mixture of soccer playdates (1-day) and weekend tournaments(2-day).

11v11 Select Teams  Our teams compete in local and regional tournaments against travel soccer teams from all over the Southeast. Our coaches use targeted lesson plans and a proven training model that focuses on player development and tactical education.

4. COLLEGE RECRUITMENT: 

Players are provided extensive support during the collegiate recruiting process with invitations to ID events and college seminars along with college showcase events. Each player is encouraged to maintain a highlight film and professional soccer resume to be shared with prospective college coaches through the CAP Program. Baldwin Rush also offer a college ID camp in the Spring to the players.

5. COMMUNITY-BASED CLUB:

As a community-based club, we focus on allowing our players and their families to build long term friendships on and off the field. Regardless of any of our players ever go on to become the next All-American, they will always have the memories and friendships from the Baldwin Rush community. We have kids from Foley, Perdido Key,  Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Elberta, Foley, Fairhope and surrounding areas.

6. EXTRA TRAINING:

Our players have access to Monday Specialty sessions. This is our third night of training, we encourage players to take advantage of these sessions, but are not required. These sessions are run weekly during the Fall and Spring seasons and are only open to Baldwin Rush members at no additional charge.
